The registration system will allow you to submit your Player Profile and Family Information for Spring Practice and the 2019 Fall Football Season. You may pay MVHS Player fees of $1000 ($900 if received in full, or enrolled in a payment plan by May 31) and purchase Touchdown Club packages and other items upon completion of registration.
By completing this process on-line you will be able to manage your Player and Family information throughout the participant's football career at Mountain View HS. Please review all the information on this page and have the following available prior to starting registration:
1. Parent or Guardian's names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses
2. Medical Information: Doctor Name, phone
3. Insurance Company, Group and Policy Number
4. Credit Card information (VISA, MasterCard, Discover)
If you are registering more than one player in your family this season, you will receive a 25% discount on the 2nd player, 35% discount on the third player and a 45% discount on the fourth player child's registration fee. In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same order.

Additional ways to get discounts include:
Selling Gold Cards: Did you know each player will receive 20 gold cards to sell at $20 a card you can recover $400.00 from your fees. You keep the money from selling the gold cards, or use the money from selling your gold cards to pay off your balance.
Bring in a sponsor at the $1000 - $1500 levels and receive $500.00 off your fees
Bring in a sponsor at the $2000 - $3000 levels and receive $900.00 off your fees
"Sponsor must be paid in full to qualify". 1 player per sponsor
Note: All gold cards sold, the proceeds go back to the team if your discount was $900 because of sponsorship of $2000 or above.
Refunds before and up to the first day of Spring Practice (05/03/2019) will be 100% less a 5% administrative fee less a pro rata share of any cost incurred (for winter workouts, strength training, etc.). Following the first Spring practice, there will be no refunds.
Injuries - No refunds for injuries. When a player is injured during the football season he is still part of the team. He can be on the sidelines in practice and game, receive instruction, eat pre-game meals, purchase spirit packs, etc.
